Who we are

One accountable partner across the water lifecycle

We act as a single point of accountability across the entire water lifecycle — process design and 3D BIM, procurement and modular fabrication, construction, commissioning, and long-term operation.

Our turnkey solutions span reverse-osmosis desalination, water reuse and zero-liquid-discharge, membrane bioreactors, industrial effluent treatment, odour control and sludge management — delivered through flexible EPC, BOT and BOOT models.

From our Dubai headquarters and Sharjah office, we serve municipal utilities, industry and developers across the Middle East, Africa and CIS, with a delivery focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

We are an engineering-led solutions partner, not a box-shifting equipment reseller. Our value is in getting the process right, integrating the whole plant, and standing behind its performance for the long term.

2013

Founded in Switzerland

Established with a mandate to bring rigorous treatment engineering to fast-growing markets.

2015

First regional delivery

Pre-treatment works for Baladna Food Industries, Qatar — 2,550 m³/d, delivered with PROTEC Technical Services.

2016–17

Algeria water programme

5,000 m³/d WWTP, a 1,000 m³/d containerised BWRO and a 10,000 m³/d SWRO with WETICO-Africa for the Ministry of Water & Electricity.

2018–20

UAE & KSA build-out

Packaged ETPs for Quick Mix Beton, a containerised SWRO for Le Méridien Al Aqah, and 25,000 m³/d pre-treatment works plus three two-stage odour-control units for Riyadh Region Water & Sewerage Authority and Prince Sattam University.

2022

Qatar industrial flagship

2,000 m³/d industrial WWTP and a 10,000 m³/hr biological odour-control unit for Baladna Food Industries.

2023–24

Scale in the Kingdom

10,000 m³/d containerised BWRO for National Water Company, the Solvay process unit for University of Sharjah, and the Saaf Agricultural IWWTP.

Current KSA deliveries

BWRO plants for Balady Poultry Co (2,640 + 330 m³/d) and MODON (2 × 600 m³/d).
